"Enter here"
This was how Filch brought George to the potion classroom. It would appear that the twins yet again got a detention. And of course, only an idiot would have made them have it together. So while his brother Fred was busy polishing the trophies - as if they needed to be more shiny! - George was dragged down to the dungeons.
Above all, a detention with Snape was clearly the worst of all. And even more when that detention meant cleaning all of the bottles and their more than suspicious contents. Well, it was what George assumed he'd be doing but Snape was not there yet. He raised an eyebrow in a questioning way. What idea was it to lock him in a classroom with no one to watch him? Even if Filch had taken away him wand, did they really he was lacking of ideas to come out?
After taking a look all around the room to make sure no one was really in here - who knows Snape might just as well hide himself to catch him doing something forbidden to take some more points to the gryffindor - he walked to the door and crouched in front of it. He took out a little paper clip and started undoing teh mechanism to open the door.

Alina walked into the common room after spending a couple of hours in the library trying to catch up some work that she had missed all due to some stupid fight she got in with Malfoy. Since she didn't feel like talking to anyone about it, Alina looked around for the twins, hoping they would be able to help her forget about the fight. She didn't see either of them though but she did find Lee so she walked over to him and asked where they were.
After finding out that they were in detention, Alina walked out of the common room again, hoping to find one of them. She went to the trophies room first and found Fred in there, polishing trophies. She spent at least half an hour talking to him and only have to hide once when Filch came to check on him.
After leaving him, Alina made her way to the Potions classroom where she was told by Fred that George was serving his detention. She shivered as she descended into the dungeons, looking around at the dark shadows to make sure no one would jump out at her as she headed for the Potions classroom.

Finally, George heard it. This little click that would announce his victory. Back to the real world!
He stood up properly and opened the door. Yes, it was Filch who threw him in this class, he knew well enough that the old man was unable to do magic. So it was a piece of cake for him to come out of there. He'll just have to find a way to get his wand back. That too shouldn't be too hard, especially with the help of Fred.
He didn't make it too far from the door that he heard footsteps. He hesitated a moment, freezing. he glanced all around until he saw a shape. Too small to be either Filch or Snape. And too feminine. Soon, he realized it was no one but Alina. Relieved to see it was a friend, he closed the door and walked to her. "Don't tell me you exploded the head of an armor next to mrs. Norris as well?" he asked on a careless tone, already knowing the answer of course. A teacher would ahve been with her if she had done such thing.

Alina looked at him as he walked out of the classroom. At first she thought he was finished with his detention but then she figured he had escaped some muggle way and shook her head, looking at him with a raised eyebrow. "I would have if I wasn't stuck in the library trying to catch up on some things I missed thanks to Malfoy" she hissed, crossing her arms over her chest. She still couldn't figure out why she had even gotten into the fight in the first place.
"Now we should probably go rescue Fred. He looked pretty bored when I visited him during his detention. I don't know why they have to keep making us polish those trophies" she said rolling her eyes.

George frowned, wanting to learn some more about that thing with Malfoy. But before he could even open his mouth and begin to ask about it, she was already switching the subject to Fred. And the fact they should rescue him. And how pointless this detention was.
On that last part, George nodded. "We do it every year, they can't be more shiny than they already are." he said simply. It was quite the truth. They were doing that a lot, and more than just once a year. That, and cleaning rooms, and copying words, and helping Hagrid with the garden. Nothing worked, but the teachers seemed to still try to make them be nice and obedient student. They should give up, they'll be burnt down before the two brothers' be out of prank ideas.
He grabbed Alina's arm and walked back upstairs, in direction of the trophy room. He wished he had the marauder's map, it would hae been helpful to not get crossed a teacher or Filch. But they gave it Harry.
At half of the way, George stopped, hearing footsteps coming their way. And much worst, the meowing of mrs. Norris! Looking around for a palce to hide, George shoved Alina in a broom closet, closing the door behind himself.

Alina didn't have much to react before George was pulling her into the broom closet. She stepped backwards, feeling something wrap around her feet. She gasped softly and reached down, finding a rope around her feet. She sighed in a relieved way and looked around the dark closet, certainly not somewhere she wanted to be stuck right now.
"Can you hear them?" she whispered softly, knowing he would be able to hear them outside better than she could since he was standing next to the door. She stepped towards him only to get out of the rope but ended up being pressed against him. "This closet isn't very big" she whispered, resting her head against his chest.

"Shh." he said to her, placing his right ear against the door to hear better. He was able to hear Filch talking to his cat. They had to be close. George froze when he stopped hearing Filch's voice. And also his footsteps. he stopped right in front of the broom cupboard. Oh please, make him not need a broom or something.
Instinctively, George had clenched his fists. He didn't realize however that one of his hand was around Alina, and so he was now holding her waist.
Hopefully, Filch finally decided to walk away. George sighed. It was then that he took notice of his hand. He was glad the closet was dark for she wouldn't be able to see the blush on his face. "i think we should wait a minute or two still, just in case." he whispered to her.

Alina looked up at him as he whispered about how they should stay in there for a few more minutes. She nodded and looked around the broom closet again, trying to adjust to his arm around her waist. It was making her face turn red which she was glad he couldn't see due to the darkness in the room.
It wasn't long before she even heard yelling outside which seemed to be coming from Filch. It sounded like he was yelling about how George had gotten away somehow then a few seconds layer she could hear his voice just outside of the door. She held her breath and wrapped her arms around George, waiting silently.

George heard it. Filch's yelling. And also his run up to here. So he had found out about his escapade? But he had no idea he would be in here... George put some more pression around her waist, but this time on purpose, to reassure her. She was nervous, he sensed it. Hard not to when she was against him.
He understood Filch was talking to a teacher. They soon left, wanting to check on Fred. After all, George was certainly on his way to his brother and help him get out. George ahd to admit they were not all that wrong. He heard the footsteps leaving tin the opposite direction, going to the trophy room.
George sighed. He looked where Alina's face should be. "i think we can come out now." he said to her, still in a whisper.

Alina looked up at him when he finally said they could leave the broom closet. She smiled and opened the door slowly, making sure he wasn't leaning against it anymore. She peaked out and didn't see anyone around so she stepped out further, sighing softly while making sure the dreaded rope wasn't still around her feet.
"We should probably get to the common room before they come back. I kind of don't want to get into trouble tonight for some reason" she said softly, turning her head while she waited for the red on her cheeks from earlier went away. It always took her a while to get any kind of odd coloring to leave her face. Probably because she's so pale.

George elt her open the door and come out before doing it as well. he also looked all around just in case someone was there and could report them. But no one was around.
He nodded in agreement about going back to the common room. Sorry Fred, but it was quite worthless to escape detention jsut to get caught. Both of them, along with Alina this time would have detention. For even if they were saying Fred had no idea what George did, or that Alina just happened to pass by, who would believe them? It was the bad part of being the prankster and jokster. No one was taking you seriously when you were.
"Let's go as quickly as possible." he said. He then led Aline towards a series of secret passageway. He bet she didn't know half of them. But Fred and George had plenty of time exploring during their first years. They knew Hogwarts maybe even better than Filch. But probably not as well as Dumbledore... It had yet to be verified.
In a matter of minutes, they were right in front of the fat lady who was asking them for the password.

Alina tried to keep up with the locations of all of the passageways that he brought her through to no avail. She soon became lost but didn't think too much of it. She knew she would have one of them with her when she needed to use these passageways. Until then she was fine with going through the corridors and up the stairs.
Looking up at the portrait, Alina gave the password and led George into the common room. "So now what?" she asked, walking over to the couch and flopping down on to it so that she was sitting there. "We can't go get Fred now because of Filch"

George joined Alina on the couch. his mind was running, trying to find a solution. "Well, Fred has no idea I was about to do it. And even if Snape wants to give him Veritaserum or anything of the kind, he cannot say anything since he doesn't know. So I guess he should be fine..." he said out loud, though he was more talking to himself than to her.
He turned his head to look at Alina. "Mabe they will even let him out of detention sooner. I doubt they'll make him do my time, they'll prefer to make me do it in double next time." he assured her.

Alina looked over at him as he reassured her about how Fred was going to be doing. She simply nodded her head in response, not wanting anything to sound like she was choosing Fred over George. That wasn't certain yet, nothing along those lines was certain yet. Alina sighed softly and looked around the common room, her eyes moving from one student to the next while she tried to think of something to say.
"What are we going to do while we wait? I know I'm going to get awfully bored waiting here with nothing to do" she said looking back at him.

George raised an eyebrow at her comment. Slowly, a smirk came across his lips. Everyone knew the last thing to say was to ask Fred or George something to do. They always had something interesting to do, though it would above all odss give you detention in the end.
He loked around the common room but couldn't find Lee anywhere. Sad, it would have been just funnier. He glanced back at Alina. "I could give you a lot of things to do... Even if we cannot leave this common room. Pranking, playing cards, truth or dare, challenging each other of doing something, chatting..." he said, enumerating simple and common things to do. But if she wanted something more... he would find something, he just had to find something!
