Ever since they ran out of Hogwarts in such a flashy way and that school was over, the shop was always crowded. The young students liked just so much their pranks they wanted more of it. George was happy they hired Verity for one more pair of hands was helpful.
He looked at the time. He told Alina she jsut ahd to drop by and they would eat together, but with all those people, he wondered when he would have the time to eat. It was almost time to close and yet there were a lot of people. Girls looking for their infatuation boxes or love potions, kids for the little pets, some liking muggle stuff looking at what they had in a corner. George had no idea where he'd find the time for her...

Alina had left the store once it had gotten busy and decided to go for a walk around Diagon Alley. She didn't really have any money with her so she couldn't buy anything but she didn't mind. She was quite content with just walking around, window browsing for a bit.
When it got close to noon, Alina headed back to the store and walked inside, ignoring the jingling bell over the door. There were still a few people there she could see, as her eyes fell on Verity. She still didn't like her, even if she meant no harm. Walking over to the back of the store, Alina walked into the back and up the stairs, heading to the apartment above the store. She sat down on the bed she shared with George and waited, hoping the store would empty soon.

George felt his stomach groaning. He overslept this morning, enjoying more being with Alina than waking up, so he ate only a little and in haste. Now he was not jsut hungry, he was starving. Verity, who was close to him and saw him placing a hand on his stomach to try to calm it proposed he went up to eat a bite at his apartment and come back down later, letting Fred eat. Because it seemed like they couldn't close for lunch. George kissed her cheek, so happy of her proposition and promsied her that once the two of them would have eaten, she could go to any restaurant around, he'd pay. She thanked him, calling him Mr Weasley. At first he found it weird. Mr Weasley was his father, not him or Fred. But he got used.
He ran the stairs up to the apartment. "Alina?" he called, since he was certain he saw her coming up earlier. He walked until he found her in their room. He smiled. "Verity's covering me up, we can eat here then I'll go back for work." he said to her as he appraoched and sat on the bed next to her, still smiling. He was sure she was not caring about Verity now that he told her she was jsut an employee, who never even saw their apartment and was not about to.

She looked up, smiling at him. "Is she? Well I kind of didn't want to eat lunch up here again but I guess its fine" she said, making sure she strained the again part. She sighed lightly and leaned against him, laying her head down on his shoulder. "When can't we have some alone time again?" she asked, looking up at him with a half grin, sighing gently.

He raised an eyebrow when she insisted on the agian. He knew she wanted to go to one of the restaurant, but it was a bit hard. Adults were not exactly as interested on pranks as children, and now that children had no school, a lot of them were coming to their shop. Almost everyone from England were going to hogwarts so they obviously knew them, at least by reputation. It was making their shop even more popular. That and the posters they put, a joke to those the ministry put everywhere.
He smiled backa t her at her question. "Well, we're sleeping together and last tiem I checked Fred was sleeping in another room." he pointed out. He never thought she wanted some more time alone with him. He tapped his legs as he raised from his spot. "Let's find something to eat. Cause after I'm done, it will be Fred's turn and then we'll let Verity go to a restaurant. We will have to stop closing for lunch now."

She looked away from him, sighing lightly. "I'm not hungry right now" she lied, standing up and walking over to the window. She stood there, staring out the window. She sighed gently, keeping her eyes out the window as she spoke. "George I'm tired of only being able to sleep in the same bed as you and have a quick lunch" she turned, looking at him. "I'm not sure I can stick to a relationship where the last time I got anywhere close to a snog with you was three weeks ago!" she said, staring hard at him.

George startled lightly at what she said. He thought she was exaggerating, that they snogged many times, but he had to admit they never really did since a while. They kissed yes but nothing else much. He approached of her and placed his hands on her shoulders, rubbing them lightly. He had a sheepish smile. "I'm sorry I neglected you. It's just... it's more work then we thought. We have to order stocks, to make sure no one steals, to take and give money, to send it to the bank, to invent new pranks to keep the first ones... It's pretty tiring sometimes. I.." he began to say but stopped himself. He was to say it would be easier once school would start but he realized she was still a student. It hit him in the deep. She would go back to hogwarts! He sighed, lowering his gaze as he understood why she could be tired of waiting. They ahd only a certian amoutn fo time to pass together, after she'll leave. He looked back at her. "Here's what we're gonna do. You eat with me, you're not force to eat if you're not hunrgy, jsut pass this moment with me, and tonight we'll have something together. I'm starving and I'm sure Fred and Verity are too so I must go quickly but I reserve my evening and night for you. We're closing at six tonight, that will give us time to go to a restaurant..." he said, smiling at her to try to persuade her.

Alina looked up at him, nodding her head a couple of times. "Alright, I'll share lunch with you. The evening part you still need to persuade me towards" she said stepping around him, sighing gently. "I'm sorry George, I'm just tired of being neglected, even if you're sorry about it" she said turning, looking at him.

He nodded backa t her. "I understand." he said. He walked to her and wrapped his arms around her. "I,ll try not to anymore." he promised, kissing her neck, tickling ehr in the same time. He laughed softly and let her go in direction of the kitchen. he looked at what they had to eat. "Well... it will be quite light I guess." he said, taking waht remained of chicken from the other day. "I chicken sandwhich perhaps." he said. And as he decided he would eat that, he dropped the chicken on the counter to get everything else for his sandwhich. "I'm starting to miss my mother." he said trying to do humour as he put his plate with the sandwhich on it at his place on the table and sat there.

She raised an eyebrow, leaning against the counter as he mentioned Molly. "You mean because she can cook twice as good as you can? Because that makes sense. I'm the only one out of us three that can cook and I've made most of our meals" she said rolling her eyes playfully.

He chuckled at what she said. "And we thank you very much for it." he teased back. It wasn't his fault if he never prepared a meal of his life. He helped preparing, like peeling vegetables or getting ingredients high, such things, but besides toasts or omelete, he never prepared really anything before. "I guess I should buy myself a cooking book or two." he said with a mischievous smile towards Alina. "Cause when you'll be at Hogwarts, we'll starve."

She smiled at him, nodding her head. "That or you could let Verity move in. I'm sure she won't mind cooking for you" she said simply, looking away from him.

he raised an eyebrow, stopping hismelf as he was to take another bite of his lunch. He replaced his sandwhich on the plate. "Are you still mad about her? I told you, we needed someone who could prepare everything for when we'll arrive and after, we let her stay, she's a good cashier girl, always smiling and polite. I'm not gonna have her for anything else then serve clients, clean the floor and fill shelves, I thought you knew that."

She looked at him. "Haven't you ever heard that girls are territorial?" she asked, staring hard at him. "I don't like having girls around my guy all the time when I'm not around" she said, her tone almost becoming a hiss.

He sighed, shaking his head lightly. He looked back at her, trying to show through his look that she didn't have to. "You don't have to worry about Verity. If I'm something for her, it's her boss, nothing else. The nicest thing I might do for her is giving her a day off or something. She's not gonna see the apartment. Only four girls are invited here: our mother, Ginny, you and Fred's girlfriend, that when he'll have one... No one else. I mean, Angie, Alicia and any other girl friends we have ever saw this plae and probably won't."
