Alina looked at him, giving him a confused look. "Why would my mother think marrying me off would be the best way to go?" she asked, not expecting one of them to answer. She sighed lightly, walking over to the couch and sitting down. "I'm sorry about all of this. I didn't think my parents would force you to propose to me or anything like that just to get me to stay. I do know however that they might end up checking in, well my mum will, to see if we're actually getting married. If you want to 'break it off' so to speak, I'd understand" she said softly, looking down at the floor.

George raised an eyebrow. "Break it off? No." he said, coming to the couch next to her and grabbing her hands. Fred shook his head before George could say anything. "Wait til mum learns about it." he said out loud. George froze. Though George knew Fred would never tell their mother, it wouldn't be all that hard for her mother to tell someone who'd tell someone who'd tell Molly. And that could even be easier... He gulped. He could just here his mother say on and on they were just too young to get married, and that even if she married their father at a young age. He looked at Alina. "You think your mother would still let you stay if we marry after you graduate or something?" he asked with a sheepish smile, not too sure about that. But in the same time he was trying to find out what was worse: his mother lecturing them and showing her discontent about it or her mother checking in until they choose a date that she likes and then decides on everything that should be happening... Cause he was easily seeing her doing so.

She looked at him, sighing gently. "Honestly? I don't really know George. I mean my mother will probably be checking in a lot but that's probably worse than Molly coming. I mean Molly loves me, my mother doesn't. She's shown her dislike of me ever since I was little. Father says she's always been eager of getting me out of the house" she said softly, looking down.

George frowned at her comment. He looked at Fred as he answer with the same expression. They both knew Alina had problems with her mother but not that much. The silence was broken by Molly, calling for her sons. George jumped from the bed at the sound of her voice. Fred opened the door for her and let her in. After kissing everyone, she placed her hands on her hips and looked at George. "Now what is it verity is telling me about you getting married?" she asked. George gulped, looking at the others. He felt trapped there, just like earlier with her parents. "Hum... yes, it's kind of brand new actually." he said, grabbing Alina and having her stand next to him so she could share his shame and embarrassment. "I... we thought it was the best thing to do since, well since we're living together and all..." he said, staring at his mother and waiting for her to explode or something. But for his surprise she sighed and smiled after shaking her head. "Well, I guess it's the best solution. You two can't sleep together without being serious. I wouldn't like my son to play with girls." George startled, unable to believe it was her only comment. "You-you're not mad?" he asked with widened yes. "You're not about to say we're too young and all?" Molly sighed again and shook her head once more. "It's true you're quite young to get married, especially you Alina, you didn't even finished school yet. But I prefer to know you're serious with her." she explained.
George couldn't believe his luck. he sighed of relief at what she said. Then he glanced back at her. "Now, why are you here?" he asked. She looked around the apartment. "Well I thought you three could need a hand in the cleaning, and I brought you some of the stew I prepared last night. I know how much you like it."

Alina watched as Molly gave almost no angry reaction to what George had told her. She sighed gently, looking down then up at Molly as she stated why she was there. Alina smiled, thinking about how much she even liked that stew that Molly makes. "Thanks Molly. I was getting kind of tired of making dinner for these two all the time" she smiled, running her hand playfully over George's stomach. "These two eat so much, its hard to keep up"

george raised an eyebrow seeing her playingher hand over his stomach, trying to udnerstand what she was doing. Then he laughed as she explained. "Hey, that means you do good food!Cause even if we eat like ogres we won,t eat anything. "Ogres, you could have chose a better word." Fred complained. "You eat like ogres." Molly stated. The three laughed. Fred grabbed thefood Molly brought and placed it in the fridge before making ehr come around and see they apartment wasn't looking all that bad and wouldn't need that much help for the cleaning. Then she looked at their room. "It's easy to tell who had a girl in his room. I thank you Alina for making the floor actually visible."

Alina followed, laughing at what Molly said "Ah well they're not so bad I guess" she teased, wrapping her arms around George, laying her head against his arm. "The only hard part is getting him to make the bed without magic. He doesn't like to not use his magic" she teased, laughing gently.

He looked at Alina and Molly as they laughed -but gently- at them. "What? Why would I take a while to do something it'd take me a few seconds with magic?" he asked still quite amused.
He accepted to lay a hand in cleaning around, then they all ate together, Molly cooking them something. She left after noon, kissing them all. Fred walked down to the store. He turned back with a mischievous grin. "I guess I should give you the day off. You have to buy a ring after all." he said teasingly before walking down. George chuckled lightly, but also rather nervously. He looked at Alina. "How long do you think we have before your mother actually wants to see the ring?" he asked her. In the same time he was trying to find out how much money he had to buy her a ring... Because even with the money Harry give them, they weren't all that rich yet, all their money going on the ideas of new pranks and production of the others.

Alina looked at him, shrugging slightly. "I don't know. Probably in a week or so" she said softly, looking down then back up at him. "It might be a good idea to at least go and get some idea of what ring we'd get but I don't know. Are you sure you still want to marry me?"

George looked puzzled, eyes lightly widened and his mouth opening and closing. He shrugged finally, stopping his show. "I don't know really. But you don't seem to want to go back home and your mother doesn't look like she's gonna let you stay with boys. And even my mother seems to agree about it. So I guess that's what we should do. But for your mother, I don't know we could tell her we're trying living together to see if we can really live together sow e could marry ourselves. Maybe she'd let us stay like this and marry after you graduate..."

Alina looked at him, sighing gently. "I don't care what my parents or yours think. I want to know what you think" she said with a a slight frown, walking over to him, standing in front of him. "George, do you want to marry me or not?" she asked, looking up into his eyes.

He looked at her not saying a word then sighed, lowering his gaze. He shook his head. "It's not a matter that I want or not. Of course I'd like to, it's just kind of... sudden." he said, looking up at her. "I mean, I never planned to do it, it came out so you could stay. Your father told me if we were engaged your mother would let you stay, so I said we were. I just didn't want you to leave me..."

She looked at him, frowning. "I don't want to leave you either but George, if you don't want to marry me then maybe you should just tell my mother"

George looked at her, feeling torn apart. First he felt trapped with her mother, than his and now it was her turn to push him. "It's not that I don't want to marry you. But admit it, you would ahve preferred a proposal more... well first more romantic than that!" he pointed out.

She looked at him. "Well of course but that doesn't mean you still propose to me properly!" she said, her voice rising some.
